2. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed only after communication and availability confirmation.
• Accurate details must be provided during enquiry.

3. Payments

• Advance payment may be required for confirmation.
• Remaining amount is payable as agreed before or after the ritual.

4. Cancellation

• Cancellations must be informed in advance.
• Advance payments may be non-refundable once pandit/service is booked.

5. Responsibility

We act as facilitators between you and the pandits/service providers. We are not liable for delays due to weather, travel, or unforeseen events.
